Podiatrist recommended, dual density formthotics.

Commonly used for arch pain, heel pain, shin pain and knee pain.


  • Please aim to wear your orthotics in gradually to reduce the risk of adaptation pain.
    Typically increase your wear by 1 hour/day.
    Do not run using orthotics until you are wearing comfortably all day for at least 5 days.

    If issues arise, discuss with your podiatrist.
